Omar Bamadhaf Al-Katheeri - Founder
HR Consultancy Advisor, Chairman of SUNDUS Management Consultancy
With over 35 years’ experience in wide ranging sectors such as Oil and Gas, Banking, Education, and Government, Omar is considered one of the most experienced HR and Change Management specialists in the GCC. His career has seen him involved in some of Abu Dhabi’s most significant start-ups e.g. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and Dolphin Energy, and his counsel and views are regularly sought by business leaders.

Omar completed his MBA at Oxford University, is CIPD qualified, and he is currently the Chairman of Oxford Business Alumina in the Gulf.

 

Ahmed Ali 
Quality Control Consultant

Ahmed Ali is a senior HR professional with over 20 years of technical, administrative and HR experience including more than 12 years HR and compensation experience across major sectors in the UAE. Ahmed Ali is a Certified Global Remuneration Professional and Certified Compensation Professional and provides expertise to SUNDUS in the area of job evaluation and rationale.
 

Tareq Aljabbarin

Director Recruitment

Tareq Aljabbarin joined SUNDUS in July 2012 as Director of Recruitment, bringing to the company a wealth of HR, recruitment and strategic planning experience and knowledge, gained during 16 years working in the industry in both Jordan and UAE. He possesses a clear understanding of recruitment dynamics and competitor and industry trends.

Tareq is self-motivated and goal oriented and has an impressive record of successful project delivery. He has strong interpersonal skills; developing robust relationships across diverse cultures and has the ability to navigate across candidates, departments and upper management. He has built excellent business relationships with representatives in government, semi-government and private sector organisations across the UAE, believing that customer satisfaction is the key to success in any business environment.

 

Moraig Minns 
Manager Consultancy/IT

Moraig manages the recruitment management process and the IT function of the business. Moraig has an extensive background in financial and administration management gained through a long career in banking and latterly in property consultancy and investment in New Zealand. Within this role she developed long term successful relationships with investors as part of her involvement in ‘Syndicated Property Investment'. Since moving to UAE in 2007 Moraig has developed extensive skills and experience in recruitment, HR consultancy and relocation services throughout the Emirates, providing an unparalleled service to candidates and clients. Moraig has a Diploma in Proofing Reading, Editing and Publishing from the New Zealand Institute of Business Studies.

 

Carmel Giblin 
Head of Outsourcing

Carmel has an extensive background in customer service through her work in the Irish property market when she worked with one of the most prestigious property companies in Dublin. Here she honed her public relations skills and played an important role in forging relationships wth high end customers in the residential and commercial property markets.

A focused professional with extensive experience in relocation services, Carmel has an excellent customer satisfaction rating having received rave reviews and feedback from many of the clients that she has relocated to Abu Dhabi. Carmel has an unparalleled knowledge of Abu Dhabi, its amenities, property market, and facilities and services required for the successful assimilation of families into Abu Dhabi society.

She has built excellent business relationships with representatives in numerous property management companies which has strengthened her position as a market leader in the provision of relocation services to the point where a number of multinational companies have requested that she exclusively deal with their relocation needs.

Through her experience, Carmel has gained proficiency in giving in-depth orientations on Abu Dhabi, its accommodation property market, education systems & schools, retail market and also gives a sufficiently detailed introduction to the culture of the UAE to enable people to successfully deal with their day to day requirements.
