Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER)

 

TAKREER’s aim is to become a leader in the oil refining business and it is working towards expanding its activities in the downstream sector whilst endeavouring to face the challenges of the 21st century in a rapidly-changing market.

In October 2011 SUNDUS was engaged by TAKREER to develop job descriptions for newly created or re-titled jobs within the organization and to conduct job evaluations based on ‘Hay Evaluation Methodology’. Job-specific detailed rationale was provided for each evaluated job and the findings presented to the ‘TAKREER Job Evaluation Committee’ on conclusion. This project was so successful that SUNDUS was re-engaged in July 2012 to develop and evaluate further job descriptions.

 

FERTIL

 

FERTIL, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and TOTAL was established in December 1983 to utilize the lean associated gas supplied from the onshore fields to manufacture fertilizers and to market them locally and internationally. The market for FERTIL’s products has expanded to the degree that an expansion project is underway.

Al Hosn Gas (2012) Indonesia Recruitment Campaign

 

Al Hosn has been a long term client of SUNDUS through its many joint ventures and mergers i.e: ConocoPhillips, Abu Dhabi Gas Development and latterly Al Hosn Gas. SUNDUS is a preferred supplier to Al Hosn for its recruitment and manpower requirements.

SUNDUS recently conducted a recruitment campaign in Indonesia on behalf of Al Hosn to provide personnel for the operations division of a new gas plant presently under construction. SUNDUS was awarded this contract due to its prior experience in similar campaigns for other oil companies. SUNDUS worked in partnership with an Indonesian recruitment company to provide Al Hosn with 600 potential candidates of which 97 were placed.

 

Mubadala Contract Hire

 

Mubadala was established by the Government of Abu Dhabi in 2002, with a mandate to facilitate the diversification of Abu Dhabi’s economy with focus on managing long-term investments that deliver strong financial returns and tangible social benefits for the Emirate.

Following an intensive qualification process in 2011, between top local and international recruitment agencies, SUNDUS was exclusively selected by Mubadala to provide contractors across a wide spectrum of its business. SUNDUS currently provides outsourcing services to Mubadala involving over 100 employees. The process includes but is not limited to:

  • Provision of visas and labour and medical cards to each male employee, their wife’s and children
  • Provision of labour and medical cards to female employees who are sponsored by their husband or father
  • Security clearance application and process
  • Management of timesheets and salary payments
  • Contract renewal and expiration
  • Relocation services to employees moving to the UAE for the first time
